I was trying to change the flipper keys from the default. Nothing would happen. Now for some reason it's set to use my mouse! How do i fix this?? I am on a Mac with OS 10.8.2

Try change them again and don't click two times with the mouse, that will setup to use the mouse keys. Press once and then the Key you want to assign (shift keys will not work left-right)
